We pride ourselves in using extremely high quality product. All hardware pieces are chosen with every detail in mind. Each tassel is hand cut and sewn in our shop for all of our pieces. While partnering with our suppliers each hide is chosen with care in our design process. With that in mind none of our hides are altered in anyway once they arrive giving each one of our pieces their own distinct characteristics. Leather is very unique, unlike any man made textile. Markings, wrinkles and striations are a natural part of the hide. We choose from a varying array of finishes to make each piece truly a one a kind. No two totes, clutches, wallets, pouches, key rings, custom designed pieces, etc. are alike.

  • 7 days of postmarked shipping return policy on all wallets, totes and clutches.

  • Earrings are final sale due to the nature of the product.

  • Returned items must be in original packaging, new condition, unused and unaltered. Any products that show signs of wear and not eligible for return, exchange, refund or store credit.

  • Refunds are issued to original payment method or in the form of an online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

  • Final Sale, custom and international items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. THEY ARE IN FACT FINAL SALE.

  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Original Shipping is non-refundable.

We do offer a lifetime guarantee on our straps and a 24 month warranty on our zippers. If any issues were to occur you can contact us for repair requests within these parameters at only the cost of shipping. We cannot accept repair requests for stains. We are unable to eradicate these when they occur. We suggest regular use of leather cream and avoiding items such as wine, ink, oil and other substances that can cause permanent damage to your piece.
